^{On November 7th, the Beaches Town Center Agency a nonprofit organization will host the 9th Annual Beaches Tour of Homes. The home tours allow our beach communities to come together and highlight their best, while fundraising for the Beaches Town Center community initiatives. The second annual "Toast To The Tour" Seaside Gala returns on Thursday, November 5th at The Dune House Hotel & Spa. It's the perfect coastal getaway weekend at the beaches! You may enjoy "General Admission" or the popular "VIP ALL ACCESS" ticket or simply select your choice of experience from the a' la carte ticketing options below:}

• General Admission Donation - $50
• Includes Home Tour admission to private beach residences, hop on hop off shuttles and bike route options. 9am to 4pm
• This event is for ages 12+

• VIP "ALL EVENT ACCESS" - $200 (four events in one ticket)

Shuttle Service

Complimentary shuttles operate on a hop-on, hop-off basis throughout the Tour route, with designated stops near participating homes.

Please note: Shuttles do not provide door-to-door service. Short walks between shuttle stops and Tour homes are required.

Guests who prefer minimal walking or require personal mobility accommodations are encouraged to use their own transportation.

The Beaches Tour of Homes fundraiser is organized by the Beaches Town Center Agency (BTCA) nonprofit that works for the improvement of the Atlantic Beach and Neptune Beach Central Business District. BTCA provides community initiatives from environmentally sustainable outdoor landscapes to community art installations, outdoor relaxation areas, bicycle hubs, enhanced streetscaping and holiday illumination through the "Season of Lights" for the enjoyment of visitors and locals.

The Beaches Tour of Homes event mission is focused on community- providing relief assistance for local military families

impacted by setbacks; as well as, giving back through educational scholarships, a commitment and passion our sponsors share.

The Beaches Tour of Homes welcomes you to our 8th season.

- Tour homes may not be handicap accessible nor ADA compliant, handicap parking

may not be available within the home area but in designated local community areas.

- Access from the street may require a climb or step, sometimes without railings.

- No smoking, food, beverages, pets, children under 12, babies in arms/carriers, strollers, or high-heeled shoes.

- No photography inside homes unless posted otherwise.

- Please do not block driveway at “tour homes” or “neighboring homes” on the street.

-Refund Policy: Tickets are non-refundable, but can be transferred to another guest if you are unable to attend.

- Tour is Rain or Shine

Ticket holder agrees not to hold the Beaches Tour of Homes, Beaches Town Center Agency, Inc, or the

participating Homeowners liable for any injuries or property damage incurred while participating on the tour.
